Manastone socketing

    ...doesn't work for me. 6th slot always fails with normal Supplements (not the Lesser ones).
    Don't know how to resocket my ranger bow to reach the new crit cap as strike resist is working.
    The Bow is a Noble Horned Dragon Emperor's Bow fused with the lvl 50 elite abyss weapon where I removed the first 6 mana stones. It failed 8 times in a row, 0 fails on slots 1-5, 100% fail on 6th slot.

    Bad luck or bug? I'm not going to waste more kinah & mana stones into this.

    It looks like it's a little more in line with retail. I think you were just unlucky though.

    Maybe you are right.

    Booshido said he needed 7 tries because of this. The first 6 tries it failed for him on the 6th slot, then it worked on the 7th try.
    I'd prefer a higher success rate on a private server though...but meh...gonna try it again then, later.

    I was also trying to socket my armor and failed i 3 times on the 6th one using lesser supplement. Worked on the 4th or 5th time, yah the fail rate is high now.

    Bug still there, it's impossible to socket the 6th slot. I'm at 180 mana stones now, all wasted. 1-5 is no problem, 6th slot had 100% fail rate so far with Supplements (not the Lesser ones).

    So does this have something to do with the weapon? As I mentioned it's a Noble Horned Dragon Emperor's Bow fused with the lvl 50 elite pvp abyss bow. I even got video proof, in case someone is bored enough to watch me fail socketing my NHDE bow for ~15 minutes.

    Anyone else got the problem on his NHDE bow?

    And i thought i was the only one...
    I bought LOTS of manastones , wasted like 200 on just one set. (ABG , 6 Slot/Each piece)
    It was always failing at the 6th >< I wasted 8k Greater Supplements , then i bought lessers.

    But after a while , i found a "Trick" accidentally.
    You take the item off if you're wearing it , put 5 manastones when the item is in ur inventory , then wear it and socket the last one. Worked with 4 pieces in a row for me! (I know , could be luck , but it's worth a try!)
    Oh and yes , did it with lesser supplements...

    i'm getting a similar problem with NHDE dagger.. maybe its just nhde weapons in general? after about 9-10 fails on the last socket both with and without supplements, i noticed that the last socket was never using any of my supps.. sorta like that last socket "didnt exist", leading to inevitable failure.. tested this a couple more times to double check, and sure enough supps never disappeared from my inventory only on the 6th socket attempt. anyone else having better luck after the recent updates with specifically NHDE weapons?

    It is just KOREAN RANDOM guys .. really ...

    I have resocketed my whole 4/5 EGT set without fail ... just with normal suplements

    You are just unlucky ...

    EGT sets are 6 slots, while NHDE are 6 slots BEFORE and now they become 5 slots that's why fail socketing 6th slot. Check the link i posted previously >.>

    The problem comes with the BONUS Slot...

    I have tested that.... i have many items with Bonus slots... for example i have sematariux daggers... i can put manastones without supplements until 5 slots.... but when i try to put the 6 slots with lesser or normal supplements it crash....

    So.. my point of view is the BONUS slot the problem...

    still here :< i tried socketing ABG Breatsplate but wont succeed on the 5th one. tried it 4times now
