Problem with Balaurea Entry Quest

When I reached lv50, I went to start the Balaurea Entry Quest. I finished both the quests until the last part that teleported me to Balaurea. After the loading screen, I died. Out of no where, I just died and had to go back to Obelisk. When I went back to the portal, the NPC next to the portal to Balaurea had the finished quest star icon above her. When I clicked, there was nothing (no reward, just her saying "hello" and stuff). I tried to enter Balaurea through the portal but it said I needed to finish the entry quest (Which I did, I just needed to get reward). The problem is, the reward NPC is in Inggison, and I can't teleport there, since I died the first time (for no apparent reason) and the Quest NPC that originally teleported me there (the one next to the portal) isn't responding when I click (as stated before).

I think this is a bug that happens when I teleport to a kisk/obelisk (generally when I die). The bug is, I instantly die when I get there. I've had it happen to me many times, especially when I get killed and teleport to my obelisk, I die AGAIN. So I die from being killed by mob or asmo or whatever, and then when I teleport back to the Obelisk, I die a 2nd time for NO REASON. Although it's not really a big problem since I barely lose any exp, the problem is, I can't get into Balaurea. Need some help here
