Campaign quest reset request

Dear GMs & HeadGM of GamezAION,
I enjoy playing AION here on Gamez, and recently i decided to complete the AION campaign. I have done most of them, but a few remain and I can't finish them because of various bugs.
First on the list is Gelkmaros campaign quest 'The Ather Must Flow'. I started it when it was still bugged (didn't know that at the time I started it) and now when it's fixed, I can't finish it, becuase I'm stuck at the step 'Meet Taloc's guardian' or something like that.
Second and currently last on the list is a quest from Beluslan, named ' A Spy among the Lepharists'. The problem with it is that I have mistakenly deleted the item 'Signal Flare' which is given by the quest NPC and I can't finish the quest without it.
So now I'm asking of you, if you would be as kind as to reset these 2 campaign quests on my in-game character, pretty please with sprinkles on top =D

i thought it would reset when the server resets....but i w8ted a day and the NPC i needed is still not there...just wondering when it will be reset

 

Regarding your item which you deleted you can ask a SAM to spawn it, I had the same problem with a quest on Elyos side, Alente helped me.

 

There are a crapton of bugged campaigns on Lumiel. I have done bug reports and everything, but they remain unfixed. Kinda lame if you ask me.

 

yes im sure they will get to your bug, however there are alot of mugs they have to fix. when they get to that one im sure it will be. things take time. this isnt ncsoft where we have hundreds of members on a dev team. this is a private server where things take a lil longer

 

although its kinda embarrassing to have the major storyline broken for 2 years can show u a bug list for the asmo side for those from over a year ago, think 1-2 got fixed when the cores got transfered, not by the devs lol

 

Hi, sorry for this nooby question, but what or who is SAM? I that something like an in-game online GM or......?
