Character Height Issue?

Ok so I'm not quite sure what the deal is, but I made a new Elyos Assassin tonight, with the childlike default setting, the only thing I changed was the headsize, it is way too big normally -.-... Anyhow everything was working great, I got to 22, reskinned some of my gear to look like elder (Because it drops like every mob in Talocs Hollow here), then went to Eltnen to mess around killing stuff. Well then theres the problem, I can't use Sigil Strike 1 on the targets, they "Give up on chasing me" and still attack me, And since they "give up" they keep restoring their help while my health slowly decays into nothing-ness. The only things I would think would be one of the following;

1) server
2) maybe it'll change when I move regions?
3) Character size

Not sure if this is a glitch or what? Someone help please

 

could be a bug of an invisible mob hiting u below groud or above ttheres another bug of a dead mob that agroes on u lolz and fallows u .. not atack u but still creepy !

 

after mobs "gave up pursuit", technically they lost their agrro on you. So they will turn to "recovering mode"..it's same as retail.

it's geodata problem. Yes it's still not working perfectly here.

 

Its not really a problem that I cant see the mob, I can see/hit him like normal. But since he's "reseting" he's healing, yet he's still attacking me afterwards, & I don't think they will reset if they're supposed to have been reset, so I'd have to die/log/teleport to get away from them.inched:
