Because I just saw another thread made on the topic...

#1: Never give out your username/password to people.

#2: The one apparantly people haven't thought about? Please do not give items to GM's (They do not even need it, that would be redundant.)

Why is it that items cannot be given back due to these fake-am reports?

The answer, the logic, to it is simple. And I've seen much flaming due to it. I guess somehow the thing is "controversial".

    Logic:

What is stopping someone who desires a "free pass" to get even more gear from having another friend... any friend parsay, log onto a new proxy IP and make a new account and then use this fake AM bug.

Then this friend whispers you and you get this copious amount of screenshots "proving" that this person who you supposedly thought was a AM was prettymuch harassing you for information.

Then, after giving your gears to X "Pseudo-AM", you go to forums and scream "fake am fake am fake am fake am!"

Although I cannot necessarily say they lied about you not being banned if you gave your gears to them... its almost like me saying that if you read this entire post you most likely will have at least one living cell in your body. It is not within my power, coincidence, or any mishap. It is just the sheer consistancy of the situation.

(Which this, in itself, makes me wonder if people who scream "Fake am!" on forums after being scammed... really were or were not intouch with what was going on. Afterall, the fake AM did end up not banning you. As promised. Which may lead the logical person to quickly deduct that it was, infact, a real GM and they got off scott-free "phew! -wipes sweat from forehead-")

    The end result?

Nothing is stopping these people from then having their friend pass back the gear at any point in time. Even after the trade (However this would, obviously, be a red flashing flag to any SAM+ who was looking into this case.).

So the wonderful staff of Gamez, mindlessly, and cluelessly gave you an entire new set of +15 ABG (And whatever else was "scammed" of you by this "Fake-AM".).

Tada... its like you just duped an entire set!

    Conclusion:

Thus. Why you won't get your gears back.

It's not because we want you to donate again, it's not because we are sadistic mother (_________ers).... but it is to preserve the integrity of the game.
