I had a paralyze godstone equipped on my dagger when u cause shut the server down the other night when it came back up I now have a godstone that does wind damage what the heck ?? my char name is sneakie on the east coast server can u replace the godstone with the one I am suppose to have ?

 

That's rather strange.. In order to get refunded, you have to have proof of it though D: Staff don't just take your word for it.

 

they can look back in my inventory I had it in my inventory since i was level 50 waiting for a better weapon to put it in

 

Gm's/Sams don't have this kind of power, unless I'm uninformed.. As for Devs/HAMs/Admins, I wouldn't know. :\

 

they can't AMs or any other AMs cannot check your history of what you had...

they can give you what you lost if you provide them of a screenshot when you got it on your dagger and when it got lost...

 

Well thats nice had a good godstone now I have a crappy one what will they take away next ?

 

No one took away anything o.e It was a bug x.x Unless it was duped but then I doubt it'd be replaced with another Godstone. The thing is, if we took everyone's word for it, then people would be abusing it and would just be getting free godstones :\

 

uh.. you lost it after fusion? maybe server didn't save the item

 

Sorry bro, but if you don't have enough proofs, AMs/GMs/SAMs and whatsoever can't go back in time(at least i guess oO) and check your inventory D:

 

as everyone has answered above they are correct. without proof of you ever having the godstone there is nothing i can help you with

 

just curious why ya posted your issue in this section instead of the "problem" section
