Questionnaire Bug

I am having an issue with the questionnaire function and was wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue or know of a way to resolve the issue.

My character is currently level 51, however, i have not received a new questionnaire since approximately level 40. I have a friend who is also playing and only a couple of levels behind and he is still receiving new questionnaires and item rewards from them after level 40.

There is a questionnaire that is unable to be "completed" no matter what i have tried. After selecting both the items that are desired and the box field that needs to be highlighted, the "Complete" selection remains greyed out. I have logged out, rebooted the client, checked the games files for any corrupt files, and so forth. I received another couple of questionnaires after the one that cannot be accepted but eventually new questionnaires stopped appearing.

I would love to attach a screenshot but an error appears when i attempt to attach a jpg. Sorry =(

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

Problem fixed and i have potions and other things too. I'm also level 55. Thank you once again. =D
