I said about the Character's Stats , the Speed (which caps at 16.0)
When you use speedhack , this does not increase , that's what i said.
It remains at 16.0 but your character runs faster , why is that so hard to understand?

I just said i don't know if it is possible to make a Speed Check , a Player Movement Speed Check , NOT a character stats speed check.
If you believe i speak about things i have no knowledge about, an explanation would be appreciated. A Detailed one , if possible. Tell me what i don't know and prove it.

I read what i wrote twice , i think you're the one who didn't.

I said that using speedhack does not change your character's stats so it is not detectable by checking the stats , we need a program that will somehow check the players' movement speed and auto-ban them or something if they run fast for like 10+ seconds since sometimes they run fast because of the lag for 1-2 secs.

And you said that it's not hard to make a Server check for speed. Why?
I didn't say that's impossible , i said i don't know if it's possible. I said it's not detectable if you make a character speed stat check (A check for the character's Stats , not his actual speed , just the visual ones in the character window , got it?)

Now i'll repeat , if you believe i have no knowledge and what i say is wrong , either say what's right and explain it or just stop making useless posts.

We went completely off-topic... this thread was about the /3 Chat , not the hackers.
Let's get back to our subject lol , I'll ask if it's possible to make a 5th chat channel , a global one for the trade/spamming , /5 or something. So people can make a new tab and enable everything except that /5 , also make /3 usable only by the group search function.

 

yes please do stop making retarded posts as ive said u CAN make a server check for it and its not hard same goes for range hack make a server check and if u want radar to not work just scan memory for it and most radars and cheats wont work and be usless as most of them are copy pasting source code anyway and dont know how to bypass anything done u removed almost all public hack

i believe catching the hackers should be a whole community effort, involving the gms, hackhunters and players themselves. maybe developer as well.

it's the responsibility of everyone for a game we have invested time(or money) in. i hope the suggestions here reach the top and implemented, not just some previous ones that probably got forgotten.

 

@ the hacking, Amend a program to the launcher that scans computer memory for strains of code that relate to Aion damage/speed hack modifiers. Make server side check the status of the launcher and the size of the launcher files periodically.

As for Chat, is there the ability for 10 - 20 min chat bans?

 

/3 is always spam and trades in retail too so....meh

 

Fraps is known for slowing even decent computers down unless you actually configure it properly yourself (which is something the average end-user has no clue about because it involves having multiple hard drives and not just one since it's as much a HDD-issue as it is a CPU-issue due to the constant writing to the HDD while the HDD is also being constantly read).

While I agree, there already is a global one just for trading, the /2 channel. What should be done is ban trade chat in /1, /3, & /4. I've no clue how it could be done (otherwise you can bet I'd apply for a position, no? lol).
