    Another update, right now just between Alienware M14x and Toshiba Satellite A665-S5183X(Probably this, cause its lesser than $1000).

    I game on my laptop primarily, what I would recommend would be an Asus series laptops or even a Dell XPS series gaming laptop. If your budget is really 3k you should have no problem getting the latest spec for a laptop. If your were price conscience I would consider HP Envy/DV series only because the prices seems fair what what specs are. If you're wondering what laptop I use,I am on a HP HDX16T I paid 700 US dollars for it, and am very happy with it. Of course its already out of date but it seems to keep up with things just fine. Hopefully this helps.
