website and server is down'?

whats happening the game is disconnection always and no website also.

Sounds like you have a connectivity issue on your end.

The game is fine for me and so is the website.

Ok well I was playing last night and there was a massive lag spike then I DC'ed. Closed my client and have not been able to connect to the game server since. When I put in my info I get a message saying I'm already logged in. I retype my info and I get to the terms usage page. Then I get a "Failed to connect to gamer server" message. This is very frustrating as I haven't been able to play at all today on my day off. I have already deleted my bin 32 & 64 folders and repaired them via the ncsoft launcher update. I have also deleted and re-installed the gamezaion launcher. All of this has not fixed the problem and I'm kind of upset about it. Please help asap as my day off from work is quickly coming to an unhappy end!!!

 

sounds like you may be stuck, I know theyre waiting for a server restart, that should fix ur issues

Well it ain't working for me!!!! Please restart the server or whatever needs to be done!!!!

 

No server is gonna get restated for 1 person.
The problem is on your end since both website and The server are up perfectly fine.
Try repairing client making sure it runs correctly then re-install the gamez launcher.

If you want to make sure your not banned in the gamez panel and you might want to submit an unstuck request.

 

I guess you didn't read this part earlier huh!!! Over look stuff much?

 

Oh and FYI this happened while I was playing on my wifes PC. I have been trying to log in from my own pc today and same issue so what answer do you have for that?
