Why does it seem so dead? for the last 3 weeks or so it feels really inactive. Nowhere near as much pvp and hardly any trading. Trading is a joke now, ppl selling vip credits is gold dust. In fact it is so uncommon that ppl want outrageous deals. The last few i saw are 'wtb abg cloth set for 6k vip credits'. Or sell abg plate set + full abg crit accs for abg chain set.
And lfg moves so slow. Sometimes i think i have disconnected as lfg is so dead. A month ago, ppl were trading sets and credits like crazy.

Ok pvp insnt as dead, but its certainly not as much as it used to be. I was pointing more to the activity on lfg channel. You cant deny that its a tenth as active as it used to be.

I personally think that gamez have done some great updates lately, fixing many bugs, small and large. Obviously the drop bug is serious, and maybe this is the reason why? I have personally seen new ppl who have lvled in the last couple of weeks, added me or asked for advice, and have never been seen since. I know if i had joined gamez at this point now, i wouldnt stay unless a date was given for drop bug fix so i knew that i could actually get some gear to fight in. But i cant see how that explains how lfg is so dead.

Honestly you just answered your own question. Why would LFG be jumping if the instance boss' don't drop gear? New players can't get gear to play in and PVE oriented players are bored because they can't PVE. PVP has suffered a bit as well with the shields going back up and the AP reduction per kill. I honestly think the devs may have a misunderstanding as to why people come to private servers to begin with. People like myself leave RETAIL and come to private servers for an UN-RETAIL experience. The more they make it like retail the more people will leave! Thus lowering the financial profit the Devs are making. Fewer people means less VIP's and fewer credits purchased for gear/weapons. Very simple concept if you ask me.
