Server Shutdown Problem

admin pls tell me why i lost my SEMA Greatsword remo to Stormwing????inched:
this is exactly what happened.........
im buying aether in north sanctum then some notice appeared w/countdown timer that the server will shutdown in 20 sec ,then i lately saw that the notice said "please quit your game"........after i noticed that warning i got lagged.....then the server down....i didnt have a chance to quit the game cuz of lagg.......then after a minute i try to log in if the server is offline or online ...i log in in the game then...i continue my work [buying aether] then....after a few second i saw my weapon slot empty ......i said ****kkkkkkkk!!!!!.....where is my SEMA GS.......then i use .gmlist to check i there is a <am> online....we talked and i told him this problem then he told me to post it in forum w/ proof or evidence.......i told me what proof should u post?????...i didnt expect this will happend.......i didnt know that my greatsword will disappear....i didnt know that i must screen shot it before the server down.......then he didnt reply.....his name is Uthi...then i started to do this report ......pls do something .........if u want some screen shot that i have SEMA greatsword w/ storm wing great sword remo ill sennd it to u.....i have lots of screenshhots.....pls reply :sad:
