my charaters and itens are gonee!!

hello i've
Been trying to get in contact with someone because i purchased some armour for my fighters and it just dissappeared i need help findinng them i spent alot of money buying them i
would apreciate it if someone could get in contact with me about this matter and see if there is something that can be done to get my stuff back thanks

You need to post some Pictures for Proofs!

 

Yeah SS would be a start can't just take your word for it we would need actual proof.

Need screen shots of your purchase and need screen shots of the item being gone.

 

if you bought your items from the web shop and never received them you may post a missing item report and your item will be refunded when provided sufficent proof.
If you bought items and have had them for a while and they are gone now it is most likely that your account was stolen. If thats the case we can't help you since you are responsible for your accounts safekeeping.

 

We need pictures of your characters' items , the ones you say you lost.

A screenshot of the Credits Store Purchase History would Help unless you traded other items for them.

In case you bought them directly from the store , do this:

Visit www.gamezaion.com -> log in -> Click Add Items from the User Control Panel -> Choose your Server -> Choose your Character -> Click "History" -> Press the [Prt Scr] -> Open the Windows Paint Program -> Click Edit -> Choose Paste -> Click File and Save -> upload to www.tinypic.com -> post the image's link here

ps: If you bought them from the game you will need in-game screenshots with ur items since the items bought from the black cloud traders store (the "Toll" store) are not listed in the Web Store's History.

EDIT: Forgot to mention about the characters.. we also need screenshots of them. It seems you got hacked.. or robbed by a person you trusted your account's details to.

Well how long did you have them for?

did you give your account to anyone(a friend/fake GM/etc.)

did you put your account on a website that asked for your account info?

Well you have VIP and everything is gone so you most likely gave your account to someone or gave your information to a fake GM(a real GM would never ask for your info) also could have put your information in any website that's not Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server that asks for your information in any of those cases there's nothing that can be done since you are responsible for your own account.

you are responsible for your accounts security. we cannot guarantee that every player is honest when they say they didnt revial their information to anyone or visited the wrong website.
There is nothing we can do in reguards to this matter.

using the same info over many sites on the internet cause u these headaches , some1 leech that info from other sites and use it here and u had vip so u were easy target think on the good side: u made a hacker very happy and i dun think u'll do it again. hmm still hurts tho thats a lot of items there and i dun think gms can do anything when ur items are stolen.

 

OMG that was lot of money donated.

Can't they track the trades? would be good if they can.
