Crucible Insignias aren't being counted by the npc

well, i've been farmin' some insignias the last days, yesterday when i went to the npc it shows that i have 0, when i
have more than 10k, here's an SS:


I farm in a countinous way so i couldnt check before i get that much, anyway if cant get back those insignias it will be nice to know wath happened, 'cuz after i put those 10k in my wh i farmed some again and got this:



like i said, i'll like to know wath happened, so if i can, ill try to avoid do it again

Of course you can't, since most of those items (Orange ones) are in the BCT shop in-game.

Then if i cant buy them with insignias, wouldn't be more easy to just to remove the orange items form the npc instead of making invalid the amount of insignias?

 

no, you can't use the old ones before the update, if you still have them anyway. mine got wiped(5.2k+) ><
you'll have to farm new insignias and i can confirm these work fine.

 

I don't think they would do that. A bit of a hassle, I think.
Same thing happened to the ABG stuff.

 

I see, i think i get it now, still it will be cool if anyone of the staff tell if this can happen again, i dont play that often to get that amount so easily.

 

i has buy eternal item in shop, and i has 40k+ medals also ( show in NPCs shop)
