How to get craft to 499?

    i wanted to know what do we have to do to get it passed 450 to 499??
    i am lvl 53 and cant get it to the next lvl....

    one more thing:
    what happened to the recipie vendors on abyss??
    dont see them in 2 days now.

    when the server crashed, alente or another gm has to spawn them. about crafting, u currently cant get to 499
