Access problem to the chars

I used to play here and now i decided to come back...My account is the same and i loged in.When is the time to choose a char,nothing appears at screen.Just the wallpaper behind the chars.Can someone help me solve this problem?Maybe my account stuck for some reason?Please i wait for response.

well you have to update your client to 2.6 for you to play the game.

 

Mates i am not stupid...i just wanna know if my account stuck not if i have to update my client ....Btw i made new account and it stucks too at server selection screen.Do you know why is that hapend?

 

Your newly created account cant go through the game it just mean that your main account was not stuck you just need to update your 2.1 V client to 2.6 V client.

 

You can't understand that i was playing another 2.6V servers to Aion...The version is not the problem it's just my account or something elsewith the server.

 

Let me ask this, what version of gamez aion are you currently using? just answer this one

 

I think there is no server version but client version....and my client version is 2.6.0.4

 

lol why didn't you said that from the start. Maybe lets just wait for the AMs to answer this.
