    do you guys happen to know, if i can register on paypal under another country using american express bank account card ? cuz paypal service does not plan to be implemented in my country yet T_T

    yea i am gonna try with visa/masetcard cards but need to be sure that service will surely work with american express cuz that card costs much more rather then simple visas and etc.....

    some mods are retarded I think. Anyways yea you shouldn't have a problem as long as its an american express card. Although I prefer to buy a prepaid credit card to shop online.
