Accessing Stormwing

Alright so, my friend did the Stormwing chain quests, to get access to Stormwing. Afterwards we killed Isbariya and tried to use the Rift Orb behind him in order to proceed. This did not work even though we were told it would.

I must admit we have absolutely no clue how to get to Stormwing, and after following retail's walkthrough and still not succeeding we're stuck with the big question:
Can anyone tell us how to access Stormwing, step by step? Pretty please? D8

 

A month ago we did the chain quest too and tried to enter but it was bugged so the gms had to port us there. Not sure how things are now.

the quest works the portal works but sw doesn't drop a thing its not worth it.

 

Alright well thanks guys o.o Still doesn't explain why the portal keeps refusing on porting us but oh well, guess we'll wait for an update or so :3
