Help AM / GM lost items

I am here to ask for help from you guys, I just logged into my account, and just my set mastarius chain disappeared, was only the empty places where they were, I wonder if you guys have to help me, because nobody has my password and I get only this time to play, then I assure you, no one was overrun me.

You need a proof for it. If you don't have a proof => No replace.

Although, if you bought it through credits, then just take a picture of your history.

 

I really need to go so i'll give you a quick answer.

You need proof (Screenshots/Video) of the items or the history of the purchased items if u got them from the web store. Also if someone robbed you , no matter what (even if you didn't give ur password to anyone) , your items will not be restored. We only restore items lost by stuff like bugs (e.g. you use armfusion and one of the weapons disappears)
