Accessing Stormwing

I had the same problem the first time I did this chain Quest. What I did, I removed all the quest Items I got from one of the chain quests that I do not need anymore (let's say, doubled Rod which Shadowshift drops, etc.) In my case before, I wasn't able to open the portal because of the said Rod. I also did the very last quest which I found in Aion Life that has to be done ([Group] The Captain's Curse - Aion Quest - aiondatabase.com) Try doing it and clean your inventory with useless quest items, it might work like it worked to me.
