    for some reason the latest ely's map manastones guide i read is inaccurate.
    on the bright side, i there is this mob that constantly drops macc+14 manastone, nearby the area listed.
    well, sometimes it's not but most of the time it drops.

    for now, try Steelback Neokin at Inggison. not so sure about gelk, haven't hunt any there.
