Please help me GM! What should i do to my account???

I'm new on this Community Forum,
I created an account here, because-----

i've got a problem about my password in Gamez AION
my email add is [email protected]
and my username is elvis_007

then i change it today to a new password

when i click ok the Continue confirmation to gamezaion site,


then open my email add for further confirmation,
and i try to log in back using my new password to the Gamez AION site,,
i cannot access my account in Gamez AION,


i admit that my new password is a little bit too long

please help me!! i can't play anymore if i can't use my account.


i can't afford to lose my account cause i have a best items there.

Can u send it the new password to the mentioned email add above.

PLEASE HELP ME, GM!!!

GamezAion Database Needs Debugging.

if i'm not mistaken,, database need debugging.

awhile ago, i've got a problem in my account.
because i cannot log in anymore in the GamezAION site,

today, i really changed my password,
then check my email-add for further confirmation of the changes,
step-by-step i followed the procedure in changing password,

then suddenly i've noticed something went wrong,
when i try to log in back to the site,
i can't log in through using my new password
neither too my old password.

then i started to panic, and wondering what happen.
so i decided to create an account in forum,
and post my problem.
and waiting for a nice response to the expert about the said problem.

Database is bugged.

when i try log in GamezAion [NCSOFT Launcher]
just to figure it out if i can open,

Yesssss, i can open it using my old password
Nooooo, to my new password.
even if i confirmed it from my email-add the said changes.

another problem, i've seem is that...
my friend has an account in gamezaion,
and his characters were all level 55.

when he attempted to vote in the website,
Yesssss, he can vote but the credits didn't add to his account.

i hope it will be fix ASAP..

 

As much as I wish I could help you we the GM's have no way of resolving this issue.
The only thing I can do is advice you to email a dev and have them help you regain access to your account.
You can email [email protected] and include as much detail and screenshots as possible.
I know thats not the answer you were hoping to get but thats all I can do for now.

 

If you have access to the email why not try resetting it again to a shorter password?
