I kinda like not having hotspam in the latest posts

All the QQs can go there and QQ

 

Hot spam =/= QQ, you guys effectively ruined the one most entertaining section of the forums with the most sense of community and humor because you didn't want people to see that this forum has posts OTHER than QQ

Now you in essence see more QQ posts than before in latest posts, regardless of shitting on hot spam and dumping all the garbage there where the most loyal forum members used to visit all the time

 

the funny thing is all the QQs r in all the other sections that do show up in the most recent thread box, its the funny posts that r kept out

 

I see no QQ post that's created there originally.

If anything, Hot Spam is like the Graveyard section, except that you can post stuff in it.

 

^ People post QQ to be seen because they want people to listen.

Hot spam also likes to be seen so we can have our humor, but if any recognizable name from hot spam posts something instantly related to anything slightly humorous that can be seen in latest posts & doesn't include a movie, it gets moved INSTANTLY

Good job getting rid of that "QQ", more like destroying community if you ask me.

 

Well, I'm not complaining, but clearly what they "intended" to turn Hot Spam into (i.e. a place for QQ posts to go to) is not working.

In essence, General Discussion works just like Hot Spam ("speak whatever's on your mind"), so I can still go there and pretend it's Hot Spam.

 

seriously just make a QQ section instead of ruining hot spam coz of it that way u have a junkyard for all the stuff u dont wanna see without taking our fun away

 

Other than the fact that "what deserves to be moved to Hot Spam?" has become purely based on the opinion of the moderator it seems.

Some threads don't get moved, some threads get moved instantaneously, some media threads with media in them get moved because they're humorous, etc.

 

Why would we make a QQ section?

It leaves a lot of wide open doors for people to insult staff, insult players, complain about bugs when they should post it in the bug section, and bunch of other things..

Which in turn will lead to more infractions/warnings then I am sure you want.

So me suggesting this to Alente or Lautaro, I will not do, as I know they will deny the idea.

 

Why would you attempt to turn hot spam into a QQ section then if its such a horrid idea?

 

I'm pretty sure I can run to Gamez/Crystal's General Discussion/Problems/Question, Serious Discussion to do the same thing.

And it's not like mods are going to keep a QQ thread opened for long once they find it irritating anyway. Doesn't matter which section it belongs to.

 

im sure after all this time uve noticed people do that anyway the only difference is that u dump it in the hot spam section instead of a QQ one, effectively taking away the fun section of the forums
