    Or is free-flight permanently unavailable now?
    Not a QQ thread, just wondering where it went (best bet on the disabling of in-game console since 2.6) and if there's any plan to rework the system.

    I'd have to agree with Ablaze, I'm not a fan of free flight :3 I mean, the maps were designed for a reason, why just fly above it all?

    No, I don't care if it's for PvP or not.

    I'd rather fly than walk to Mist Mane Village. It takes a long time, plus I love to go places when I'm flying.

    I just loved the 2.0 fly days in Altgard (well, parts of it), Ishalgen and Morheim :(

    Oh, well I understand some of the maps being free flight. Such as Theo/Brusthonin. But Ablaze had a point, we're going for more-Retail like.

    I don't see why avoiding pve mob by flying over them would affect us (gameplay-wise) in anyway :/

    i think in the starter areas it should be free-fly. that would make doing the asension quest so much easier

    Free fly in non pvp zones. Just speeds up the process and makes it easier to get out there and fight the real battles.

    If I was Carl I honestly wouldn't spend my time trying to rework the in game files and risk adding a shit ton of bugs to the server just because people wanna spend 3min less on doing the ascension quest x.x

    It's just a code to unlock flying in specified maps. I don't see it being that great of a deal.

    since they want server retail like.. fly-fly is gonne ..

    I don't like that really.. free-fly was usefull when you made a new char.. you just had to fly to munin and complete the ansection quest (or whatever its called) in 5 minutes.. now you need more than 10 >.<

    Free fly in any pvp area's is fail. Starter towns is fine. Why would all the other places need to be free fly? It ruins pvp... As soon as you start whooping someones azz they'll just btch out and fly away. Stop whining about free fly.

    just because 99% of the server sucked at flight pvp, doesn't mean those are the only reason not to have them...

    anyway, free fly in non pvp areas should be brought back and hope it won't introduce additional bugs.
