    I was leveling my elyos sorcerer and suddenly at two quests I didnt came further because of.. The NPC of The Archon of Storms didnt spawn after being killed by Asmodians. And the Burnt Zombies dont spawn for Josnack's Dilemma, it was last night before I went to sleep like this for like 3 hours. And now I woke up and did look at it and it still didnt got solved. =<

    best thing to do is ask a SAM in game.
