Back from long inactivity

Hello, as the title says, I've come back to gamez aion from a long time of inactivity.
When I was playing, I lacked knowledge of the original retail game, so game play was quite new to me.
As I got to level 55 (Gladiator class) the game became relatively simple, go to abyss core, start pvping, and kill the npcs for eldar sets.
But now, I die when I attempt to fly into the core, and the entire abyss alone is completely empty.

My question is, what kind of gear I should go for (I've been hearing about EAT and EGT, but I have no idea what that stands for, and how much it is/where to get it XD) and where I should go for pvping?

they are elite lv50 pvp sets bought using gold medals and ap.

You can only get into core using the top entrance, the core burns your soul lol its a big sun.

you get it by pvping... its like 2mil AP and 200+ gold medals, but worth it

and go to Gelk/Inggison for pvp ^ ^

The best "PvE" eq would be master carved drenium plate set ... reaaaaaly easy to get thru crafts ...
For PvE , EGT I would say.. or EAT if you are asmo side...

 

Thank you all. And about the EAT/EGT... That's a lot of AP XD. Is there any decent gear for pvp that I can obtain a bit easier, since I currently don't have good gear (Currently 4 pieces of anuhart glad, which isn't doing me well) that can get me far enough into pvp to earn 2mil AP and 200+ gold medals .

 

You could get 40e, but I'd suggest just saving for EGT x.x Mastarius/Crafted PVE sets would be fine too, but they're also somewhat hard to come by.

 

I suggest you stay AFK way more because the server sucks now and before it was so much better.

 

Btw , you guys know where to buy egt parts? , i cant find it!
