[FORUM] Bug Tracker

I want to suggest that GamezNetwork forum use a Bug Tracker. That way, player can report bug easily and Developer and Admin can look at them and fix them easily.

Anyway, a bug tracker has many advantages. First of all, its a easy way to keep track of bugs, and in which category they appear. Developer and Admin can mark them as fixed, resolved, double, or invalid or others. Maybe is also nice for the public to see what bugs are already submitted, and search those bugs to see for them self that they don't enter a bug that already has been entered. They can also see the status of a bug and when it should be fixed.

As an example, I take this example from main Vbulettin forum bug tracker : https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/project.php




Developer can mark the bug depend on the priority and current status. Developer also can mark the report bug if it unconfirmed, awaiting feedback, fixed or other.

We already have something similar to this for us bug testers.

It does help quite a bit~

 

Is it in form? Each bug will have each track id so that it can be a reference for future fix.
I just want to suggest because it is easy for you guys (bug tester) confirm the bug reported by player.

 

It doesn't have track ID, no :3 (Although, that'd be nice)

But it shows if it has been accepted, rejected, pending, or solved.

 

Not fair only you guys can see what bug's report has been accepted and rejected :3
