Lot of problems, especially: npcs bugged / missing

I'm with this ****ing problem almost for a month.. For ex: I'm not rich, so i cant donate to have good itens, so i try to do what i can in game.. I was trying to craft all of my set and weapons.. but i cant find the npc who sells the scroll of master carved drenium itens. I know exctally where he stays, and everytime i go there, he never is. Its impossible that 2 min after the server has been restarted, elys went there and kill him. My biggest problem is this, cuz i wanna go pvp, but without good gears, its impossible.. So the only thing i ask is: "FIX IT, PLEASE!" So i can take hours and maybe days to craft my gears..

Another problem is the sw dropps bugged.. Everytime i kill him, no drops nothing good (sw swords, sw set..)..

And another thing is the crucible insignia for groups still bugged..

Master Carved you would have to proc from Master Drenium I believe

Stormwings is still bugged and is not dropping anything

Group Crucible is not bugged it is closed due to something that happened not too long ago which led to it being closed.

 

Cosmo beat me to it~ But pretty much what he said. Although, I'm sure Crucible will be reopened when the bug is fixed.

(Wouldn't have happened even if it wasn't for so many people abusing it. We can't have nice things if you go and find a loophole in everything :3)

 

thought master noble was procd n master carved (which needs master noble) was scroll?

 

but i think to make the procs, i need the scroll.. i saw that in database.. correct me if i'm wrong, pls.

 

There's always that option of saving up AP/Medals for 50e. But the only problem with that is that there's no beginner gear before 50e really x.x I support SW sets being added into the list of drops, for it'd give newcomers a decent fighting chance, instead of stuck zerging with all the other undergeared newcomers.

 

u know, it sux try to kill anybody and get killed EVERYTIME.. that why i want this solved.. and is not only SW bugged, some bosses in bt have no drops too..

another thing is the cube stuff.. man, only 2 cubes expanded? too much thing to carry and no spaces left..
