Any Singaporeans around?

It's been my 7th day in Singapore already and I'm still looking for cool new places to check out. Any Singaporeans who can give some tips? Like cool places to shop and eat which the locals only know about. I like to shop for clothes so any tip on where I can buy cool and trendy clothes for fair prices would be good.

Also, are there gay bars in Singapore? :lol:

Yes, they're quite awesome. It's confusing sometimes though 'coz they have so many dishes with noodles I usually go like O.O when trying to order. ^_^

I know. T_T... I like to think they're just passive than aggressive on the matter. I asked a taxi driver about gay bars and he got surprised 'coz he actually didn't think I was gay. He didn't mind at all. He said that's usually the way they do things around here. You mind your own business and they will mind their own.

I saw two hunky European gay guys all lovey dovey and kissy in Seloso beach at Sentosa and nobody seemed to care so I guess it's not as hostile as other countries are to gay guys.
