Missing Items

On Imjuly / Imkaylaa / Lumiel


I had a few items I transfered over from elyos a +15 Yam bow, 73 platinum medals abit of 90+ Enchant stones and 2k 30% running speed scrolls and 600kk and my Stigma shardsand more but when I got to 55 and looked back none of it was there can you please restore these or something?

 

If you have screenshots of all of the items that you had and is missing now, it would help. If you don't, i don't think there is anything that we can do .

He can't look at your account items. But on Gamez, you have to screen shots almost everything :\

Well if you have that in your account records it might be recovered but for the other items that you mentioned, sorry that you lost it. :s Some people forget to screenshot important things and it ends up being gone for good, hope you get everything sorted out.

like they are saying there is nothing the GMs can do without proof of it beeing there in the first place or that u lost it and didnt just transfer it to someone els.
not saying u did but there is alot of players trying to trick. thast why we need proof of ur items. sadly most ppl find it out the hard way.

 

lmao the rule of thumb here in gamez is, as anything can go wrong anytime, screenshot everything, everytime.

 

e.e this is dump then. I bet I can't get my money refunded for the vip I bought because I wanna quit now.

 

The items that you mentioned like the proof of your platnium medals. Ask a SAM or HAM about the items that you possibly have proof for. I can't help you too much but i can give advice

 

I'm afraid not. I was pretty sure we fixed the issues with the warehouses, I guess not though.

 

I'm like 100% sure Muon did it because I called him a shitty AM which he is.

I thought the problem was when I transfered because it happened abit after I transfered. Also the Yamm bow was in my bags

even with Proof they dont reply to you..because they need to pay up than....
I got also a Topic with svreenshot...and no reply from a AM or GM...

 

This seems related to the other thread, switching faction by deleting all chars gets all your items deleted including account warehouse... That was a fix in the previous updates, stating that race switching and storing items in account warehouse was an exploit and has been fixed.
