Hmm yeah because there proof aint counting or not enough details..mine have that...and than you get no answer....

 

it's not because AMs dont want to help, it's because they cant. including me, i no longer can deal with refunding or solving this kind of problem. So please stop raging, swearing and blaming AMs about it, Thank you.
if you believe it's bcs of server error, First, login your account and take screenshot to prove that your account is not VIP, then Explain what items and provide the proofs that you had them and pm to the HAM alente about it and wait for his response.

 

No my acc is vip and it doesnt mean that im telling lie...so stop there.I m telling that this happens always try and see its simple.

 

Guys, you lost all your items together with the last faction character deleted. It was a bug before switching factions by storing items in account warehouse and it was FIXED. So all the items you lost are gone forever and will not be returned even with proof.

Ps. For those who are saying that they saw the items in account warehouse, it was a visual bug and gets cleared when you re-log.

but i took kinah from acc werehouse and they didint dissappear? i still have the kinah :S

 

i dont get it....why they call it a Account warehouse...if it dont work or bugged...
IF its bugged...Its gamez responsibilty.
With Other words...once your a Asmo you cant swap and keep gear?

Account warehouse works as it is, transfer items on same faction characters. If it's any different in retail , you can prove it to gamez admin by sending proof so it can be addressed until then no one can help you all, I'm sorry for you guys tho.
