Missing Items

    My suggestion is to PM a SAM such as Chronicheals / Vildiill / Morometi and submit proof that you owned the items which have vanished from your account. If you have no proof, you can still submit your inquiry but don't expect much to be done.

    It's very unlikely that any help can be provided without proof that you had those items but if a SAM can't help you, then the next step would be to submit your inquiry to Gamez HGM Alente. If he can't help you in the end then there is nothing that can be done about your issue.

    Please do not submit your inquiry to Alente directly as the first step would be to submit it to a SAM and take it from there.

    A member has already posted on this thread that the disappearance of your items could be due to the update which prevents users from transferring items between races and if this is the case, I don't want to seem hopeless but little (if not nothing) can be done.

    okay but what if we have proof and a AM said it was possible? what then :)
    That AM refunds our gear?

    I don't know if we replace items lost in that way.. i believe we don't , but it's worth a try.


    EDIT: I wantedto inform you that we do not refund items lost due to someone's lack of knowledge or experience. Which means , if on retail the same thing happens (your account warehouse's items disappear after deleting all of your characters) then you will not get a refund.

    If they were not stolen or lost/destroyed accidentally , etc. you get them back i guess , yes.
    Talking about situations like: you record a video , you try to use armfusion and one of the weapons disappears (which means they are lost because of a server problem , not your fault)

    I will be honest. I believe that only a person who can access the characters' or accounts' databases can see what really happened. I think only Carl can access it , so the only thing you can do is contact him at admin@gamezaion.com and tell him about your problem i guess. Also report the bug which caused your items to disappear (or whatever it was) by using the Special Form or Thread found in this thread if you haven't already. (Not say your problem there , just describe the bug and give some details on how to reproduce it so the developer can fix it)
