Looking For An AM (Sindra or like that)

I want to find that Am who i asked can i transfer my items to elyo side by using the acc werehouse? and i got an answer -yes you can...

Where is him? Why Did he tell me yes you can ? Why did my items dissappear? :annoyed:

 

Hmm... he or she probably meant that you can transfer your items to an Elyos character by using the Account Warehouse. You should've told him/her that you were going to delete your Asmodian and create an Elyos character instead. It's not the AM's fault... i would say the same to a person who's question would be something like "How to transfer items from Asmo to Elyos" ?

Players in the past could Create both an Elyos and an Asmodian character in the same Account , so i believe the AM Thought you would just transfer them from a character to another.

If you bought your items from the Web Store , i suggest you take screenshots of your "History" and send them to us , perhaps we will be able to help you then.
Now if you bought them in-game through the black cloud traders shop , i'm sorry but we cannot help you as you do not have enough proof of what happened. To view your purchase history , log in www.gamezaion.com with your Game Account and choose "Add Items" from your User Control Panel , then click on the "History" button on the top of the list.

its probably a bug coz yes u can transfer them, done it be4, many of us have

edit: yeah if what petro said is true and u deleted ur char be4 creating elyos then yea chances r they r gone. some of us can have both races at the same time since our accounts r much older and that restriction hasnt been in place

 

who's am are you talking about? LOL.. then jjo was right.. you wanted to go to elyos side, you placed ur stuffs on acc whouse and deleted all your asmo characters.. = fail. Thank god. A twink asmo wanting to be a twink elyos to join the zerg coz he probably got pawned by it.

 

not everybody switches coz of these reasons u know, some have friends on the other side or simply like the bright land better. i started as an asmo and later added an elyos coz my friend moved there. anyways losing all ur items sux so yea, give him a break

She is a Girl as far as i know , not a gay. And please refrain from insulting someone , it is against the rules and you can get infracted for it. (And banned after 5 infractions :3)

As about her post , well.. wasn't nice either , that's against the rules too , posts should not contain personal attacks/trolling/etc. they have to be nice. And in such cases , trolling someone who lost his items can get really aggravating.

I'm not that evil xD , and the posts weren't THAT bad. Yes , i am supposed to give infractions to almost everyone , even myself sometimes. Everyone goes offtopic (just like me and u are now , im supposed to give u an infraction because 1) your post is offtopic and 2) what you ask is the staff's business , not yours , hehe ) , going offtopic = against the rules and you must get infracted for it lol.
We just warn and if the people ignore our warnings , we infract them :3 we want more , not less people in our community :3
Most of the newcomers do not read the rules so we can't just infract them like that (even though they should.)
If there's someone to infract , that would be the old members.

If we were following the rules by word , half of the forum members would've been banned already lul

I also heard the AM was asked if it was safe to switch faction and he/she answered that it is risky , not 100% safe.

 

its really safer to use an AM for item transfers when really required, too many scammers lately to really be able to trust anybody. its pretty much "give me all ur items and i might decide to give them back", too much to risk
