    So I tried playing SM for the past few days and I just wonder if you're under Cloaking Word are you able to use spells(debuffs particularly) though u cannot move?

    I tried doing Cloaking and still able to cast Fear though I cant move, possibly it's another bug and needs fixing.

    The description only says you cannot move but doesn't say you cannot use spells. :x

    You can't cast spells either, nor can party members put in hide.

    i've search the na forums and they consider it as a waste of stigma slot lol.

    Any AoE is enough to uncloack you and even more knowing you can't move xD

    I think you're able to cast a few things while in the cloak, like buffs. Try it with blessing of fire..i think that was one.
