Bound for Inggison - Unable to complete

I got as far as getting teleported to Iggison. I saw the cut scene and everything, then I did something foolish. Instead of talking to Outremus like the quest said to do, I started to explore instead. I got too close to a monster, agroed it, and got killed. When I tried to go back, it said I couldn't because I didn't complete the mission. I'm assuming it means the Bound for Inggison mission but I can't complete it since I can't get to Inggison to talk to the npc. What should I do?

Is there a way to reset the quest or what?

 

Go to Kaisinel Academy then take the portal there to Inggison.
