Failed to connect to the game server

I got this problem after logging in then getting stuck at the character selection even tho I already hit the "Start" button. I closed the client and tried to re-log but the error started to show up. I tried restarting my computer but didn't fix the problem and now I can't log in

 

Someone could at least give some reply or something like when will be the unstuck for Lumiel is gonna happen and when will be the server reset or it's a must to wait like days?

 

i have the same problem right now.,.,

 

first, try to login your account. If it says you're already logged in, try again. Then on license/agreement window wait about 30 secs then press accept/ok. it works for me sometimes, but if it says "failed to connect to..." then you need to submit unstuck request on www.gamezaion.com and wait till server reboot.

p.s: try to repair your client and redownload/reinstall gamezaion launcher first to make sure it's not client side problem.~

have to spend hours waiting to reboot the server.
there is no problem with my aion, but always send reinstall and repair and problem is on the server not in the client

 

im just curious if ive been banned for multi-voting bcoz last night when im about to vote my internet run low and keep pressing the vote button.,,when im about to log in i cant connect the server

 

Have done those and nothing. Already sent unstuck request through main site and posted on thread in this forum about unstuck request. Siel's done but I don't know why Lumiel isn't. Missing some opportunities to make productive things in-game just because some people can't log in is kinda sad

The problem might be, your ISP...

 

I'd consider that if I'm the only one having this problem but it's not the case. There are other players who are having the same exact problem and haven't been able to log in for 2-3 days so does that mean that we are all having problem regarding our ISP even tho I'm pretty sure we live in different country? If someone who got the power to kick these stuck characters out of the game then I don't understand why we must wait for like 2-3 days or maybe more for the server to restart just to be able to log in but that's only "if" since I'm not so sure if they can do that.
