Questionnaire problem?

    Hello

    Don't know if I wrote the topic right, but anyways, I hit level 55 with my gladiator, and I never got the questionnaire quests that should give me the plat medals and all other stuff like some crowns and stuff?

    It's been a while since I last leveled a character so is there some kind of trick here to get the items?

    Inventory has more than half slots free, but it's not that I can't accept rewards, the quests that give them don't appear :S

    how many slots there?

    EDIT: It needs 10 slots, because more Major Ancient Crown will be given to you, not only 4. But, if you didn't receive any questionnaire, try relogging, works on me.
