No one reponded to my last post

So I posted almost a week ago and have not got a single reply from any staff member about what is going on with the medal system. Not getting medals, not getting help. What is the point of joining a pvp server getting geared, getting good at pvp if the medal system I need to buy gear won't give out medals and the staff is to busy to even bother replying to a customer. I vote every day twice a day I even donate maybe it's time to take my business elsewhere. You know gamez I could understand if I were rude, a jerk, or even an incompetent fool that just could not follow directions there for could not be helped. However this is not the first time I have asked for help and got no reply but it will be the last.
