im new and confused

    i try to run the game from the launcher but everytime i try it comes up at first the ncsoft screen then it blinks my screen off n on n nothing else happenes untill i use task manager to close program how do i fix thisplz help so i can begin the game =]

    Sounds like your computer has some problems running it.
    Try running the game once from the official NCsoft launcher and see if it fixes anything.

    WoW runs on a different engine than Aion.
    Being able to run WoW has nothing to do with running Aion.

    So, have you run it with the actual NC launcher? No results? Spec plz.

    Okay that explains it.

    Your card....probably should be able to run Aion on Low-Lowest. But it might hiccup during loading/not run at all.




    My best bet is to wait at the NCsoft logo for a bit to see if it continues to load. If not...I give up.

    Open up your case and check if there's a PCI-Express x16 slot. They look like this:

    The black one, that is.


    If there is that slot, hop on newegg or something and grab yourself a better card that suits your wallet. I use a Radeon HD 5770 1GB and it runs Aion flawlessly on highest settings.



    If it doesn't have that slot...well, time to get a new computer.
