Donation isnt wokring?

hey guys... i donated 8 usd already and now wanna donate 9 usd again ... but paypall isnt let me to donate:

I believe they have been losing a lot of money through refunds/charge backs in theiir paypal. Because of this, Paypal raised their "threat" level to a higher level AFAIK. This means they feel it is unsafe, so will only allow you to use an e-check to donate

 

okay i tryed to donate only 8 bucks again and now i donated successful

 

Judging by the wording it sounded like an issue with your bank not us, not to mention the account being used for donations currently is a new one and doesn't have a significant amount of chargebacks.
