Latency/Ping increase?

Ok so there are recent issues about Lag/spikes, I experience lag like everyone else does, it 'stop and go' but does this include increase in latency?

All my actions get delayed for like 1-2 seconds. Everyone else moves normal, they even use their own combos simultaneously without pausing, but mine gets really delayed. really really delayed...

I didn't have this problem last week.
Leatrix latency fix don't work either.

 

At the moment, it seems to be the whole server experiencing massive lag.
