    You know it would be a little better for carl or whoever helps him code and fix this game, to tell them the
    ( level of the item , the quality Uncommon to Eternal and if it's between +12 to +15 or +11 to +15)
    so they can check the percentages and make the proper changes. If they have to guess where the problem is there is a good chance they will make more mistakes. You all really need to learn that running a game such as this with all the RNG (Random Number Generators) isn't easy, one missed code line or even number can ruin drop rates ,manastone socketing and enchanting. So all in all the point of this post is , Give as much information about the subject as possible. Don't just say i was enchanting an item and it failed omgwtfbbq it's broken!

    This is working as intended, please do some research before claiming its a bug. This is how it is on NA Retail Aion, its Aion's mechanics.

    Closing thread because this isnt a bug.
