Why carl dont answer mails?

Like the title says.....
Sended him mail of mine items dissapeard (with screenshot)
Still long waiting...no answer back
Is it because its not infault any money transfers?
So i ghues im not getting them back and Quiting game then.

well, carl is a really busy person, but you might as well post a thread on the forums about your missing items.

He's busy spending the thousands of donations ;3
Also, if you have missing items and such, I suggest contacting a head gamemaster. You can expect more from them than from Carl.

Carl is a busy man , he receives hundreds of mails daily , he cannot reply fast , that's for sure.

Now if it has been a while since you sent him that email , he probably did not reply to you because he did not have to.

What do i mean? Well if you don't know , i suggest you read what's on the Donation page again.

• You agree, that Credits are voluntary transfers of virtual assets from private individuals.
• Donations are materials given by private persons without receiving anything in exchange.
• You agree, that by making a donation you are not buying any product or service.
• To show our appreciation we reward donators with Credits in return for their support.
• The donations are used to keep the server up and running, as well as improving our network.
• You agree, that all transactions made are final and will not be refunded in any way.
• You agree, that virtual assets such as player items will not be restored if lost or stolen.

Which means: If your items were Scammed , Stolen , etc. , we cannot give you a refund as you are responsible for your Account's Safety.

In case your items disappeared because of a Server bug (e.g. You tried to Combine two Weapons and one of them disappeared) , then you need to provide solid proof. Screenshots of you having the items in the past , screenshots of your purchase history , etc. are not going to help i believe as the items could've been traded/robbed/destroyed/etc.

I got a screenshot even before relog..that i have all the items...after relog there gone

 

The best thing you can do while trading is record , that's what i do. The free version of Fraps can record for 30 seconds , that should be more than enough as you just need to record what items are in the trade and yourself relogging(and your inventory after logging in of course as the items could be duped and they could possibly disappear after a relog).

I wish there was a way for me to help. There's nothing i can do for your case unfortunately.
I don't even know how the duped items appear in the database so asking from carl to check your character's database wouldn't help at all i believe. Perhaps they appear as real items :S...
Not that he has time to do that , the players spam the hell out of him daily...

 

The problem is carl is getting lets say 15+++ mails everyday and if i will be on his place i won't answer them aswell

Guys , if you got something useful to say then do it , but don't write useless things like "He doesn't care , he is counting his money , blabla" , this is called spamming. You aren't helping by making such posts , plus you are making it harder for the Staff members to read as they need to check all the Pages of the thread...

I wouldn't waste my day by replying to every email i receive either. Expecially when retarded people send you emails even when the server restarts asking questions like "GM I CANT LOGIN SERVER WHY?"... ><'

I get 5~10 daily , if he was getting just 15 he'd be the happiest server administrator in the whole gaming history rofl.
I bet he gets like 5~10 from Donators , 10~20 from QQers , 10~20 from retards asking stupid questions , 5~10 from people who want to flame him , etc.

i said 15 +++ not just 15 and yes agree most of them are stupid questions something like, where i can lvl up or why i'm stucked at lvl 9 etc.
