Account can log-in but the character cannot

    I can log in my account but when i click on my character[Mychicks] it says Disconnected from Server.
    But if i choose other characters in that account it does not disconnect.

    Pls help me..

    its been a week since this happened
    i have posted other threads but none happened...

    i already tried sending unstuck request and the server restarted yesterday but still i cant log in...

    did you log in before the restart? if yes then you'll have to redo it again
