    because the extra .1 attack speed for any melee class makes a huge difference, the animations of your skills go off a LOT faster and you can use all 4 stumble abilities with your gladiator in one stumble

    2% of 1.8 is already almost 0.1 reduction in aspd (0.6) something.

    + WOC + scroll = 1.3 aspd with spear :)

    2.8 x (.19+.08+.08+.09+.02)= 1.288

    2.8 x (.19+.08+.08+.09)= 1.232

    You get the idea, that 2% helps your attack speed round down from 1.6 to 1.5

    for people with ping like akiha does, yes it does make a huge difference... if you get less than a 100 ping for a glad that would mean aspd needs to be lesser to respond more quicker and that sh*t drops like bomb. makes other people think you haxor. and you laugh and AMs get jelly get you ban for nothing... lol.

    plug my magical formula I invented for finding the aspd reduction from buffs+items and see if the final aspd gets rounded up or down with the 2% title
