    how it could be?did i expect it to be gone? i never take an ss for that because i never expect it that will be gone..what a kind of play of this...if ur item will be lost for nothing...:sad: my time to play is useless because some item and souls are gone..what a kind !!!did u see the feed back of ur fault...hope u fix the problem then refound all item lost

    Dont worry i just lost 40dollars on items + a few millions kinah to enchant them (talking in aion)... Just send a mail to the support team.
