Abyss Items lost.

So today I was leveling up, while I just leveled to 50. I started wearing my 50's abyss accessories. After a level or 2 I dc'ed and all my equiped acc and items/kinah in warehouse disappeared. I've tried relogging with no armours on, but no luck.
I don't have an SS before the incident happened, only after.

I only have 1 character on my account right now, so there was no other way to check it



Hope the GM's/Admins can help me out with this bug.

Sorry i believe you have to have an SS of the items you had before they were disappeared, without the SS of you actually having them, they are lost for good.

 

do u see ur items if u logg in to the website and look under ur "player inventory" ? had that bug once
but like the staff above said with not proof that u had the items before its hard for them to help u

 

Hopefully you didn't buy those items ingame since they dont show up on your history which is a bug they need to fix. Thats why i still buy things from the shop online so it shows on my history on my account.

 

Yeah you need a screenshot proving you had the item or if you see the item under your inventory list on the website that should work as well. Without proof anyone could say they had anything. If you have a screenie or see it in the list take a screenie and post it and we can go from there.

 

i lost a masta cloth set.. i had SS from Masta Cloth... i upload SS from my all players inventory and wh's and alente's answer was "No"........we must SS our stuff 24/7
