No medals being given still

So I came here and addressed this same issue two weeks ago and was told it would be fixed soon. Inga siege just happened I got 6 solo kills and almost 70K ap over the course of the hour no medals where given... please fix this problem I like to pvp but want to gear up my other toons as well. I would like this fixed or medals removed from the game so we can buy gear ty.

 

You need to kill the opposing race at the forts, according to a friend in my legion. But I still have the same problem even if I kill them whether it's and Ely or Asmo fort.

 

I know and I did. Ty for trying to help but I have played retail for 1 1/2 years and know my way around Aion very well. During the Ing siege times I must be kill the opposite race in gelk or ing to get plat medals. It does not matter if I am in a fort or not when it is working right after the forts are no longer vulnerable the medals get mailed to me. The more kills the more medals... I am reporting again that the medal system is not working right...Not saying we can't get medals we can waust time lving 30 toons to 55...saying it is not working the way it should and when ap is so easy to get makes is irritating. After all what is the point of joining a high rate pvp server with 15 to 20 ap gain when we are not able to do anything with the ap. Can't transform, can't earn medals, can't buy gear... Because this is a pvp server I feel pvp aspects should be working right, if nothing else does, pvp should and it is broken. Zerging = irritating. Not being able to earn good gear because we can't earn medals = irritating Getting no fix to a problem I have brought up and seen brought up over and over and over = very irritating.
