Manastones Healing Boost

Where dose manastones Healing boost drop, and plz dont tell me taloc coz its closed and the entry quest dose not work, so is there eny other place that this drop?

 

It doesnt drop in taloc..It drops umm im not sure try essoterase (or how its called).

 

I believe it's taken off drop tables again. I could be wrong.

 

I got some manastones healing boost and just when i was socketing a EAT chain set the manastone did not loked to my set, i meen the slotes remained emty, not failding realy emty, i put one manastne it tells me succes and slot is still emty, and other manastones work on that set but after i put one MA manastone on the item i tryed to put Healing and then i try to remove MA manastones iven if i see the MA on my item it tells me that the item has no manastone. but the real problem is that i can use the HB manastone.
