no character on account (but made a char)

    I just started today and played for about 2 hours or so. When i get back on my character is missing and its telling me to create a new one. When i try to create a character it says no more characters can be made on this account. On the site i can log in and see my character add stats and all of that.

    If anyone has an answer or way to fix this please tell me.

    Just make sure you are typing your account and password correctly and turn Caps Lock off.

    I have made sure of this several times, and as i have stated i can log in on the site and add points to my character. And it is still giving me the same problem.

    Problem fixed. The user was not typing his account id exactly as he registered it ( using capital letters )
